Hi, I am Jason A. Sedillo, owner of 'J&M Photography of Albuquerque, LLC'.

I am a self-taught Hispanic Photographer born and raised in Albuquerque, New Mexico, USA.

My love for photography began as a child when I picked up my first polaroid camera that my grandma Mickie gave me. My grandma Mickie told me, "that I have an eye for photography and should pursue it as a career."

I love to shoot landscapes, wildlife, transportation, architectural, glass ball photography, and headshots.

My images have been featured in 'Albuquerque the Magazine', 'Fine Lifestyles Santa Fe Magazine', 'New Mexico Magazine', and 'ABQ Free Press'. I received first place in a photo contest celebrating the Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta in 2019. I received 2nd place for 'Albuquerque Journal North Readers Choice Awards.'

I had the opportunity to work in the film industry for several years where I learned lighting techniques that I apply to my photography.

I was forced to stop working in film due to health issues. My photography has allowed me time to focus on my health and still explore my creativity. It has become my therapy, both mentally and physically. When I see someone smile or hear how much someone loves my work, I know my grandma Mickie was right.
